I ended up paying more than I thought I would, it just didn’t feel worth it. This stuff works fine and all, but for the price, I expected a little more. Kind of left me feeling like I overpaid for that.

Am I missing something here? I reached out to customer service about my order and it took way longer than expected to get a response. When they did reply, the answers were vague and didn’t really help with what I was asking.
By the time I finally got a clearer response, it felt like they hadn’t really read my original message. The product might be fine, but the whole support experience was frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

I thought the quality was alright overall, but the edges ended up looking a little messy

I was hoping this would make a bigger difference, but I didn’t notice things getting much quieter after installing it. The website made it sound like it would help a lot more, so I was a little confused when the results were barely noticeable

I went on there looking for a few audio items the selection was so limited. I kept clicking around thinking I was missing something, but nope, there just wasn’t much variety at all. Like, how is this okay if you’re supposed to be shopping for audio gear? I ended up leaving and checking other sites instead

I was just trying to place a quick order during lunch and the cart kept glitching out, then the payment page froze not once but twice. I was like, okay maybe it’s my browser—nope, still happening. Ended up giving up because my whole lunch break was basically gone.

Uh, it showed up quickly and everything was fine. No issues on my end, really.

I’m giving this 2 stars mostly because the installation was more annoying than I figured it would be. I bought it thinking I’d knock it out on a Saturday afternoon, but it ended up taking way longer than planned, which was especially frustrating because I had already moved some stuff around in the garage to make space. The material itself seems decent enough, but cutting it and getting everything to fit right was kind of a pain. Some pieces stuck on fine, and then others just did not want to cooperate, so I had to peel them back and redo them. Maybe if you’ve done this type of thing before it’s not a big deal, but as a first-timer, it was frustrating.
